Before joining MCT, Palash worked as an IT Manager at Mascomptel, Delhi from 2000 to 2008, where he gained valuable experience in the operations and commercial aspects of the technology sector.

A graduate of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Palash combines a strong educational foundation with hands-on leadership in business development. At MCT, he plays a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across global markets and aligning its solutions with evolving customer needs.

Sachin Gupta brings over two decades of rich experience in the IT and asset management industry. As the Director of MCT India Infotech since its inception in May 2008, he has been instrumental in steering the company’s growth and establishing it as a trusted name in Maximo and Hexagon-based enterprise solutions.

Before MCT, Sachin served as VP – IT at Mascomptel India Pvt. Ltd. for nearly 8 years, where he led major digital transformation projects. He began his career as a Senior Software Engineer at R Systems, gaining foundational expertise in software development and enterprise systems.

Sachin is also currently serving as Director at RBS Altech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since October 2024, expanding his leadership across the IT services domain.

He is an alumnus of IIT (BHU) Varanasi, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and a former student of St. Joseph’s Convent School.

Parag Agnihotri holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He completed his early education at National Public School, Delhi.

From 1992 to 1994, he was engaged in Product Development at Timex Watches Limited, Noida, gaining early exposure to manufacturing systems and technology integration. Between 2000 and 2008, he was Partner and Owner at Mascomptel India Pvt. Ltd., an IT services firm delivering off-shore software development to clients across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Since 2008, Mr. Agnihotri has been the Founder and Director of MCT India Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on delivering end-to-end Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. MCT specializes in the implementation of IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, and its proprietary EAM platform, supporting organizations in managing their physical and IT assets effectively.

Mr. Agnihotri is a certified IBM Infrastructure Deployment Professional for Maximo Asset Management V7.6, and continues to lead MCT’s strategic vision, operations, and technology development.

He is currently serving on the Board of MCT India Infotech Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the growth of intelligent asset management solutions for clients across sectors globally

Vinod Joshi brings over 13 years of experience in enterprise software development and consulting, with deep expertise in Database programming, Cognos reporting, and Hexagon EAM solutions. As a Senior Consultant at MCT India Infotech, he leads the design, end to end implementation and optimization of Hexagon EAM platforms for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and high-quality project delivery.

Vinod began his career at Jyotshna Software Solutions, where he focused on PL/SQL programming and database migration projects. He later held key consulting roles at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, gaining extensive experience related to EAM solutions which includes Oracle and MS SQL Server environments, developing advanced reporting solutions using Cognos as well as building integration solutions using Infor ION with other systems like SAP, Workday, Salesforce etc.

Vinod holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Graphic Era University. His dedication to technical excellence and client success continues to make a significant impact at MCT.

Manish Kumar is an Experienced IT professional with over 18 years of experience in ERP implementation and quality assurance. As a Project Manager at MCT India Infotech since 2014, he leads enterprise-level deployments of IBM Maximo, ensuring successful delivery, system optimization, and long-term client value.

His expertise spans across multiple ERP platforms, including IBM Maximo, Infor, and Oracle Applications, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end implementations—from requirement analysis and system design to user training and post-deployment support. Manish also brings valuable experience from his earlier role as a QA Lead, where he spent 7 years ensuring software quality and process efficiency across complex enterprise systems.

Manish holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Visvesvaraya Technological University. His leadership, deep domain knowledge, and commitment to delivering client-centric solutions make him a critical pillar of the Maximo practice at MCT.
